Rage Club is an extraordinary space where we come together as a team to reconnect with our anger.

Because most of us don't have a space to express our anger, we have forgotten what it is, how it feels and how it goes when we feel angry.

In this Rage Club we will connect with the feeling and energy of our anger to know how to express it, what it is and what it can be used for. We will work as a team to feel, express, and experiment.

In this Rage Club we will explore:
-being centered, present and grounded
-making sounds from your anger
-saying No, Stop
-low to high intensity feeling of anger
